[Th-P-71]Chiral Perfect Transmission Enabled by Interference between Bound States in the Continuum and Toroidal Dipole Modes in Dielectric Metasurfaces

We demonstrate a high-Q chiral transmission mechanism in a dielectric metasurface arising from the interference between a bound state in the continuum and a toroidal dipole mode. The design enables full control of transmitted amplitude and phase with polarization conversion efficiency up to 98%
