[Th-P-72]Chiral and Nonlinear Optical Effects in Twisted Photonic Bilayer

We show that twisted photonic bilayers exhibit optical responses sensitive to both spin (SAM) and orbital (OAM) angular momentum. Unpolarized light with zero angular momentum acquires SAM in transmission and OAM in reflection. The bilayer design also enables tuning of resonant frequencies and Q-factors, enhancing nonlinear optical phenomena.
