Based on experiments and symmetry-based theory, we demonstrate the correlation between 2D and 3D chirality in graphene-loaded non-Hermitian photonic crystals. Independent control of real and imaginary symmetry-breaking perturbations associates both chiralities with polarization singularities and exceptional points in momentum space.
