[Th-P-78]Light Extraction Characteristics of Nanowires with InP/InAs/InP Core–Multishellstructure in The Short-Wavelength Infrared Region

We study light extraction efficiency (LEE) in InP/InAs/InP nanowire LEDs using FDTD simulations. LEE exhibits wavenumber-periodic oscillations due to axial Fabry–Pérot resonances. Averaging over dipoles smooths oscillations while maintaining ~20% upward LEE, exceeding planar structures.
