[Th-P-80]Dual-order Circular Grating Structure for Improving Absorption Efficiency in Ge-based Quantum Interfaces

To improve the absorption efficiency of Ge-based photon-to-spin quantum interfaces, we propose a dual-order circular grating consisting of an inner second-order grating and an outer first-order grating. Simulations show a 20% improvement in quantum-dot absorption compared with a conventional design.
