[Th-P-81]Purcell Enhancement of Color Centers in β-Ga2O3 using External Silicon Ring Resonator: A Numerical Analysis

To enhance the quantum efficiency of color centers in beta-phase gallium oxide, we investigate a heterogeneous integration structure consisting of a silicon ring resonator integrated on beta-phase gallium oxide and numerically demonstrate efficient Purcell enhancement for color centers embedded in bulk beta-phase gallium oxide.
