[Th-P-82]Squeezed Light Generation by Cooper Pair Recombination in a Superconductor-Semiconductor Structure

We theoretically demonstrate generation of squeezed light based on nonlinear interaction of Cooper-pair recombination in a superconductor-semiconductor structure, by developing an effective Hamiltonian which incorporates the interaction’s electronic component as a photon coupling strength coefficient.
