[Th-P-85]Cryogenic Waveguide Components for Demonstrating a Millimeter-wave Diamond Maser

Here we report our development and characterization of millimeter-wave waveguide components for realizing a millimeter-wave diamond maser, which enables the introduction of millimeter waves into the cryostat, leading to the successful suppression of attenuation and millimeter-wave reflection.
