[Th-P-94]Resonant Excitation of a Silicon G Center for Quantum Transducers

Quantum transducers for distributed quantum computing motivate telecom-band emitters on silicon-on-insulator platforms. Among silicon color centers, the G center is a promising yet still insufficiently explored quantum emitter. Here, we successfully demonstrate resonant photoluminescence excitation spectra of a G center.
