[Th-P-98]Scanning Photocurrent Image Resolution of Single NV Center in Diamond

Diamond NV centers enable room-temperature quantum devices. We built a scanning photocurrent microscope for electrical imaging of single NV centers, evaluating spatial resolution and SNR. Experiments and simulations, compared with confocal microscopy, show high-resolution imaging consistent with numerical results.
