[Th-P-99] Imaging of paramagnetic electron spins at the solid-state samples via a scanning nitrogen vacancy magnetometry probe microscopy

Scanning diamond nitrogen-vacancy probe microscopy (SNVM) was performed to measure paramagnetic electron spins on the solid-state samples via the double electron electron resonance (DEER) method. The obtained DEER signal, measured in addition to that of the probe surface, was observed, and the spatial resolution was evaluated.
