[Th-P1-C-03 (Invited)]Electrical Switching of Magnetic Phases in Bernal Bilayer Graphene
〇Bernd Beschoten1 (1. RWTH Aachen Univ. (Germany))
Bernal bilayer graphene exhibits electrically switchable magnetic phases arising from carrier-induced orbital magnetism. In-plane transport measurements reveal a built-in giant magnetoresistance of about 20% and hysteretic switching between resistance states driven by ultralow currents and bias voltages.
