[Th-P1-E-03]Two-Dimensional Weyl Semimetal Phase Emerging in an Electric-Field-Driven Topological Phase Transition

We experimentally demonstrate a Weyl semimetal phase emerging in an electric-field-driven topological phase transition in dual-gated InAs/InGaSb quantum wells using capacitance spectroscopy and transport. This establishes a symmetry-driven transition beyond the conventional single-point gap-closing scenario.
