Nanoscale lasers are of major importance for the fabrication of market ready fully integrated photonic circuits. We studied the nonlinear interlayer interference of a nanowire/ monolayer WSe2 hybrid sample, to lay the foundation to investigate the tuning of the nanowire lasing.
