[Th-P2-B-06]Thermal Conductivity Measurement of Suspended Graphene with Optical-Interference Corrected Optothermal Raman Spectroscopy

Optothermal Raman spectroscopy of suspended monolayer graphene is corrected for interference effects using transfer-matrix modelling with Gaussian numerical-aperture averaging. The correction reduces effective absorption and yields a thermal conductivity of ~2,400 W m-1 K-1, significantly lower than with conventional models.
