[Th-P2-C-01 (Invited)]Tuning the Persistent Spin Helix Orientation via Dual-Gate Control in GaAs Quantum Wells

Here, we demonstrate reversible electrical switching of the PSH orientation by 90° in a dual-gated GaAs double quantum well using time-resolved Kerr rotation microscopy. Independent tuning of the front and back gates enables inversion of the Rashba spin–orbit coupling parameter.
