[Th-P2-C-04]Probing Fermi-surface spin-textures via the nonlinear Shubnikov-de Haas effect

We develop a microscopic theory of nonlinear Shubnikov–de Haas oscillations and show they sensitively reveal spin–orbit interaction via a π-phase shift, enabling distinction between linear and cubic Rashba effects in Ge heterostructures.
