[Th-P2-D-01]Josephson Supercurrent and Shapiro Response in Phase-Pure Core/Shell GaAs/InAs Nanowire-Based Weak Link Junctions

We investigated Josephson junctions based on GaAs/InAs core/shell nanowires with superconducting Al electrodes. Temperature-dependent measurements reveal transport in the short-junction limit. Measurements under radio-frequency irradiation show fractional Shapiro steps indicating a non-sinusoidal current phase relation.
