We investigate spin relaxation from the excited two-electron triplet state to the singlet ground state in self-assembled quantum dots using transconductance spectroscopy. Improved time resolution (~100 ns) reveals relaxation times up to 155 µs, consistent with the large singlet–triplet energy separation.
