[Th-P2-G-02]Magnetotransport and Coulomb blockade in single InAs colloidal quantum dot transistors

Single InAs colloidal quantum dot (CQD) transistors were fabricated, enabling clear Coulomb blockade, large charging energies, and Zeeman-induced shifts of Coulomb peaks. These results reveal intrinsic properties of InAs CQDs, highlighting their potential for quantum and spintronic applications.
