[Tu-A1-B-03]High-Electric-Field-Domain Nucleation from Lattice Dislocation in a Moiré Superlattice

We report Esaki-Tsu transport in Bernal bilayer graphene/hBN moiré superlattices, where the miniband width controls the peak current. In this system, we show that lattice dislocations provide a nucleation centre for high-field domains.
