Topological polaritonics transfers concepts from topological condensed matter physics to photonics. We will present coupled vertical III-V microresonator lattices supporting exciton-polaritons, where engineered geometries enable topologically non-trivial phases. Polarization engineering enables artificial gauge fields for non-reciprocal transport without external magnetic fields. Real-space approaches to local topology further enable reconfigurable topological and routing and provide quantitative insight into the robustness of higher-order topological states under disorder.
