We synthesized an achiral ferroelectric 2D halide perovskite and studied the electrical switchable nonlinear optics by performing polarization-resolved SHG imaging. We found that the electrically induced ferroelectric multidomain structure reflecting the biaxial nature of the material leads to unique chiral and waveguided SHG responses.
