[Tu-A1-D-04]Coulomb blockade and stochastic charge transport in single perovskite quantum dot transistors

Single CsPb(Cl/Br)3 quantum dot (QD) transistors reveal clear Coulomb blockade and two thermally activated noise processes arising from both the dot and its defect environment, enabling direct probing of intrinsic electronic properties and defect dynamics inaccessible in ensemble perovskite QD measurements.
