[Tu-A1-D-05]Size-dependent exciton properties of individual halide perovskite nanocrystal quantum dots

Low-temperature single nanocrystal spectroscopy reveals size-dependent excited states in lead halide perovskite nanocrystals. We have found that trion and biexciton binding energies increase as the nanocrystal size decreases, while exciton–phonon coupling becomes stronger. These phenomena will be discussed in detail.
