[Tu-A2-E-03]Emergent Non-equilibrium Quantum Hall Phases in a Bilayer Graphene Corbino Disk

We report non-equilibrium quantum Hall transport in a bilayer graphene Corbino device. Strong DC bias generates diamond-shaped resistance features interpreted as driven spectral flow arrested by inelastic scattering, realizing a non-equilibrium analogue of renormalization-group flow parameterized by a bias-controlled coherence length.
