Metasurface resonators using OEO materials are promising for highly parallel optical interconnects, sensing, and computing. However, most studies assume normal incidence, restricting their applications. Here, we experimentally demonstrate a metasurface exploiting a high-Q slow-light mode to sustain strong resonance under oblique incidence.
