[Tu-A2-E-05] Fractional quantum anomalous Hall effects in high Chern number flatbands

We design a new moiré flatband system with high Chern number C=3, twisted rhombohedral trilayer-bilayer graphene(tRTBG), and observe interger and fractionally quantized anomalous Hall effects with C>1.
