[Tu-A1-E-02]Current-bias Spectroscopy of Excited-state Fractional Quantum Hall Effects

We investigate non-equilibrium fractional quantum Hall transport using current-bias spectroscopy in ultra-high mobility GaAs/AlGaAs two-dimensional electron systems. Increasing dc bias splits equilibrium states and produces excited-state fractionally quantum Hall effect.
