[Tu-P-106]Pseudospin Ferromagnetism in the Quantum Hall Regime

We use electrically detected ESR in AlAs quantum wells to probe valley polarizarion, revealing pseudospin ferromagnetic transitions at ν = 2. We establish a comprehensive picture of field- and strain-driven quantum phase transitions and determine Tc = 0.9 K for the pseudospin ferromagnet.
