[Tu-P-113]Single-Electron Pumping with Spin Qubit Devices

Silicon based spin qubits offer the intriguing opportunity for metrological adaptation as single-electron pumps. Succesful implementation would greatly advance single-electron pump upscaling and parallelisation, increasing the current output and widening the application range for low current metrology. Here we present first results.
