[Tu-P-117]Cryogenic Tunnel-Diode Oscillator for Qubit Readout

We demonstrate a low-power cryogenic tunnel-diode oscillator for qubit readout, consuming ~1 μW and operating at 140–500 MHz. The device shows superior amplitude stability compared to commercial sources and enables integration at 10 mK, with proof-of-concept readout using varactor-based capacitance modulation.
