[Tu-P-47]Defect-assisted Photocurrent Spectroscopy in Landau-quantized Graphene/Carbon-doped h-BN/Graphite van der Waals Heterostructure

We investigate defect-assisted photocurrent in a graphene/h-BN:C/graphite van der Waals tunnel junction under mid-infrared irradiation and magnetic fields. Our result indicates that photodetection based on defect-assisted tunneling can serve as sensitive probe for electronic states with high spatial resolution.
