[Tu-P-48]Investigation of Domain Wall Motion in Ferroelectric hBN

This work aims to investigate the motion of ferroelectric domain walls in parallel-stacked hexagonal boron nitride when an external electric potential is applied. To that end, we fabricate devices of different architectures and characterise them using electrostatic force microscopy (EFM) and piezoresponse force microscopy (PFM).
