We study the ultrafast decay dynamics of six-body hexcitons in monolayer WSe2 using pump-probe transient reflection spectroscopy. Results reveal two characteristic time constants: an ultrafast thermalization process under 10 ps and a slower population lifetime of the hexciton that increases with charge carrier density.
