[Tu-P-63]Photocurrent response in device-geometry-engineered Anisotropic Van der Waals Metals

Mesoscopic geometry and crystal anisotropy jointly enable zero-bias photocurrent in L-shaped van der Waals semimetals. Corner illumination induces directional currents, absent in straight channels. Enhanced at low temperatures, this reveals a new anisotropic optoelectronic mechanism.
