Controlled partial Gallium intercalation of high-quality epitaxial graphene Hall bars on SiC enables the realization of two-dimensional normal- to superconductor junctions. We present magneto-transport studies of e.g. confined superconductivity and proximity effects at the junction in this device geometry.
