[Tu-P-66]Optical Signatures of Alloy Disorder in 2D Transition Metal Dichalcogenides

Two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) exhibit exceptional optical properties. Like all alloys, ternary TMD alloys are subject to random compositional disorder. We report here the first optical signatures of alloy-induced disorder in WSSe monolayers through hyperspectral photoluminescence measurements.
