[Tu-P-68]Tuneable Dot Platform for Controllable Electron Optics in Graphene
〇Fereshteh Ildarabadi Ildarabadi1, Stephen Power1 (1. Dublin City University (Ireland))
We propose a Tunable Dot Platform in graphene consisting of arrays of independently gated quantum dots for programmable control of electron scattering. Using differential evolution, optimized dot configurations enable directional current steering, focusing, beam splitting, and valley-selective electron flow.
