[Tu-P-82]Probing single-electron transport across double quantum dots in InSb nanowires

Charge-state sequences in an InSb nanowire double quantum dot are detected using a floating-gate-coupled sensor quantum dot. Time-resolved measurements at a triple point in the charge stability diagram reveal three-level switching, enabling identification of tunneling processes and analysis using full counting statistics.
