Quantum-Hall Tomonaga-Luttinger liquids host intriguing non-thermal states without decaying to ordinary thermalized states. By using a mesoscopic quantum-Hall device, we demonstrate an energy harvesting scheme that exhibits a larger electromotive force and higher heat engine efficiency as compared to the thermalized state.
