[Tu-P-87]Aharonov-Bohm-like effect in irradiated ultra-high quality 2D magnetotransport.

We investigate the striking properties that magnetoresistance of irradiated two-dimensional electron systems presents when mobility is ultra-high and T= 0.5 K : an abrupt magnetoresistance drop at low B and a resonance peak shift to the second harmonic. We appeal to Schrodinger cat states that are key to explain magnetoresistance at these mobilities.
