[Tu-P-90]Optically Active Interlayer Excitons at Room Temperature in a Hybrid MoS2/2D Perovskite Heterostructure

We report room-temperature interlayer exciton emission in a MoS2/perovskite heterostructure. Suppression of intralayer excitons indicates strong coupling. Polarization reveals out-of-plane dipoles, and emission persists up to 400 K, demonstrating exceptional thermal stability.
