We computationally study excitons in TMD-based quantum dots using a Schrödinger framework with confinement, Keldysh interaction, electric fields, and harmonic trapping. Results show tunneling-induced state splitting, with energy levels and localization controlled by confinement strength, barrier properties, and external fields.
