[Tu-P-93]Onset of BEC-BCS Transition of Indirect Excitons in a 0D-2D Heterostructure

We report abrupt onset of BEC-BCS transition of indirect excitons in a 0D-2D heterostructure of III-V semiconductors through peak-splitting of photocapacitance oscillation vs applied voltage bias, which coincide with the minima of out-of-plane photoconductance oscillation measured over macroscopically large area
