[Tu-P1-D-01 (Invited)]Nanosculpted 3D Helices of a Magnetic Weyl Semimetal with Switchable Non-Reciprocal Electron Transport

We have developed focused ion beam 3D nanosculpting of single-crystal devices to impose geometric symmetry breaking beyond the intrinsic properties of quantum materials. In helical Co3Sn2S2 nanostructures, this produces switchable zero-field non-reciprocal transport and current-driven magnetization switching.
