[Tu-P1-E-04] Terahertz emission from the ferroelectric halide perovskite semiconductor CH(NH₂)₂GeI₃

We report terahertz emission by optical rectification from the ferroelectric halide perovskite CH(NH₂)₂GeI₃ under 1560-nm femtosecond excitation. The emitted THz amplitude exceeds that of ZnTe, and THz emission imaging reveals ferroelectric domain structures.
