[Tu-P1-E-04]Terahertz emission from the ferroelectric halide perovskite semiconductor CH(NH2)2GeI3

We report terahertz emission by optical rectification from the ferroelectric halide perovskite CH(NH2)2GeI3 under 1560-nm femtosecond excitation. The emitted THz amplitude exceeds that of ZnTe, and THz emission imaging reveals ferroelectric domain structures.
