[Tu-P1-E-05]Initial Phase of THz Bloch Oscillations in a GaAs-Based Superlattice Changing with Interminiband Coupling Strength

Designing a GaAs-based superlattice for systematic control of interminiband coupling under bias electric fields, we demonstrate that the initial phase of THz Bloch oscillations changes continuously over a range of π/2 due to electron delocalization with the interminiband coupling strength.
