[Tu-P1-F-05]Superresolution Localization and Control of 2D Quantum Emitters

Optical spectroscopy is combined with scanning probe microscopy at 4 K to investigate quantum emitters in 2D TMD heterobilayers. A highly localized electric field generated by a sharp metallic probe enables superresolution localization of trapped excitons, as well as control over their doping, dynamics, and inter-dot coupling.
