Ion-implanted split PhC nanocavities enable independent electrical tuning of spatially separated InAs quantum dots in GaAs. Stark-shifted photoluminescence demonstrates selective tuning of individual emitters while neighbouring dots remain stationary, providing a scalable platform for reconfigurable multi-emitter quantum devices.
